儲罐本體包括:(1)與外部管道焊接連接的第 一道環(huán)向接頭的坡口面;(2)螺紋連接的第 一個(gè)螺紋接頭端面;
(3)法蘭連接的第 一個(gè)法蘭密封面;(4)專用連接件或者管件連接的第 一個(gè)密封面;(5)非承壓元件與儲罐的連接焊縫。
儲罐本體中的主要承壓元件包括罐頂、罐壁、罐底、公稱直徑大于或等于250 mm的接管和管法蘭。儲罐的安全附件,包括直接設(shè)置在儲罐上的安全閥/呼吸閥、液體泄壓閥、緊急切斷裝置、安全連鎖裝置、壓力表、液位計(jì)、溫度計(jì)、阻火器等。
常壓儲罐罐底板
正常情況下,罐底板僅起著傳遞油品和罐體重力的作用,故一般底板厚度在5mm以上。底板由鋼板鋪設(shè)焊接而成。其外表面與基礎(chǔ)接觸,容易受潮,內(nèi)表面又經(jīng)常接觸油品中的沉積的水分和雜質(zhì),所以底板容易受到腐蝕,再加之不易檢查和修理,所以要求罐底板焊接后無滲漏,防腐措施好。
常壓儲罐罐壁結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
罐壁是由若干層的圈板組裝而成,每層圈板上的豎直焊縫均采用對接,圈板與圈板之間的環(huán)向焊縫則根據(jù)使用要求可以對接,亦可搭接。上、下圈板之間的排列方式有交互式、套筒式、對接式和混合式。對接焊縫在鋼板厚度等于或大于6mm時(shí),一般應(yīng)開坡口,鋼板搭接縫的高度一般為6~8倍板厚,常取35~60mm。

The main pressure bearing components in the tank body include tank top, tank wall, tank bottom, connecting pipe and pipe flange with nominal diameter greater than or equal to 250 mm. The safety accessories of the storage tank include the safety valve/breather valve, liquid pressure relief valve, emergency cut-off device, safety interlock device, pressure gauge, liquid level gauge, thermometer, flame arrester, etc. directly installed on the storage tank.
Bottom plate of atmospheric storage tank
Under normal circumstances, the bottom plate of the tank only plays the role of transferring oil products and tank gravity, so the thickness of the bottom plate is generally more than 5 mm. The base plate is laid and welded by steel plates. Its outer surface is in contact with the foundation, which is easy to get damp, and its inner surface is often in contact with the water and impurities deposited in the oil, so the bottom plate is easy to be corroded. In addition, it is not easy to check and repair, so it is required that the tank bottom plate should be free of leakage after welding, and the anti-corrosion measures should be good.
Structure characteristics of atmospheric tank wall
The tank wall is assembled by several layers of ring plates. The vertical welds on each layer of ring plates are butt welded. The circumferential welds between the ring plates can be butt welded or overlapped according to the use requirements. The arrangement modes between the upper and lower ring plates are interactive, sleeve type, butt joint type and hybrid type. When the thickness of butt weld steel plate is equal to or greater than 6mm, the groove shall be generally made. The height of steel plate lap joint is generally 6-8 times the plate thickness, usually taking 35-60mm.
